Refund and Cancellation

  1. Refund
    1. Refund is only applicable for payments under the subscription plan. Payment against any forwarding service rendered from Citrus Freight is not refundable.
    2. Refund is only applicable if no booking has been initiated from Citrus Freight platform or any other agent invited through Citrus Freight app under the subscription plan.
    3. Any refund, if applicable, can be initiated by sending a request at info@citrusfreight.com or by any other method provided by Citrus Freight.

     

     

  2. Cancellation
    1. Booking can only be canceled if no process has been initiated for that particular booking given to Citrus Freight.
    2. Booking can only be canceled within 48 hours of placing the booking extension of cancellation line will be chargeable.
    3. Booking can only be canceled by sending the cancellation request at info@citrusfreight.com within stated time or by any other method provided by Citrus Freight.
    4. Citrus Freight is not liable to any cancellation of booking given to any other agent operating on Citrus Freight app.
