Refund and Cancellation
- Refund –
- Refund is only applicable for payments under the subscription plan. Payment against any forwarding service rendered from Citrus Freight is not refundable.
- Refund is only applicable if no booking has been initiated from Citrus Freight platform or any other agent invited through Citrus Freight app under the subscription plan.
- Any refund, if applicable, can be initiated by sending a request at info@citrusfreight.com or by any other method provided by Citrus Freight.
- Cancellation –
- Booking can only be canceled if no process has been initiated for that particular booking given to Citrus Freight.
- Booking can only be canceled within 48 hours of placing the booking extension of cancellation line will be chargeable.
- Booking can only be canceled by sending the cancellation request at info@citrusfreight.com within stated time or by any other method provided by Citrus Freight.
- Citrus Freight is not liable to any cancellation of booking given to any other agent operating on Citrus Freight app.
